Morgan is offering the 12,000 s.f. doctor’s office/medical building that has returned from Lease and is available for immediate delivery and installation.

It is designed for 130 mph wind code, features climate controlled record storage and meets all commercial codes.  On the right column are links to the Floor Plans and a Slide Show of the Building.  We have a complete set of plans that are available upon request, although the PDF files posted are enough to understand how the building is modularized, how the ducting is designed, and a few such things.

This is a very, very nice building.  The complete set of plans or any part of them are available electronically to be e-mailed or printed out and sent by hard copy, if you wish.
